About the Role
We’re looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Doncaster. In this key role, you’ll be the first point of contact for a portfolio of our Customer Accounts —helping to resolve queries, process orders, and ensure we’re delivering exceptional service.
Through effective relationship management, you will support the customer by handling pricing, delivery information, and order processing from end to end. You will be responsible for driving customer satisfaction, managing key customer inquiries, and collaborating with departments across the business to troubleshoot issues and handle complaints professionally.
You'll work closely with internal teams to ensure swift problem resolution within agreed SLAs. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, recognising patterns in service failures, and supporting business improvement activity to design and implement processes that maximise operational performance and improve customer engagement.
If you enjoy problem-solving, working in a collaborative environment, and making a real impact on the customer experience—this role is for you.
