Patient Operations Manager (Private Titration)

We’re looking for an Patient Operation Manager to join our dynamic Patient Operations team, providing strong, visible leadership to operational teams, driving performance, accountability, and continuous improvement while maintaining a clear focus on patient experience, service efficiency, and regulatory compliance.
The Operations Manager is responsible for leading the operational delivery of private titration services, ensuring patients receive safe, timely, and highquality care throughout their titration pathway.The postholder ensures operational activity supports uninterrupted titration, minimises risk of treatment delays, and aligns with organisational objectives and clinical governance requirements.
This is a fully remote role, working Monday to Friday between 8:00am and 6:00pm on a rota basis. It offers the flexibility of home working alongside the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on patient experience. You’ll be part of a supportive and collaborative environment focused on growth and development, with the chance to shape processes and influence how services are delivered.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the safe, timely, consistent delivery of private titration services across the full patient pathway.

Optimise patient flow, appointment capacity and medication timelines to minimise delays and avoid interruptions to treatment.

Monitor and manage service performance against agreed KPIs, quality measures and operational targets; produce regular performance reporting and actions.

Identify and manage operational risks (including staffing, scheduling and medication supply); implement mitigation plans to maintain service continuity and patient safety.

Act as the senior operational point of escalation for service or patient-related issues, ensuring timely, professional resolution and learning.

Provide strong, visible leadership to operational teams; set clear expectations, standards and accountability for delivery and outcomes.

Ensure operational delivery aligns with prescribing protocols, clinical governance and regulatory requirements.

Use data, reporting and patient feedback to drive continuous improvement in service quality, efficiency and patient experience.

Lead teams through service change, growth or redesign, ensuring staff are engaged, informed and supported.
Requirements:
We’re looking for someone who is:

Experience in an operational management role within a healthcare setting, including oversight of patient pathways and service delivery

Experience of leading and managing teams, including line management, performance management and staff development

Strong understanding of safeguarding requirements and responsibilities

Experience monitoring and improving service performance, including use of KPIs, data and reporting

Ability to make informed, independent decisions and take accountability for outcomes

Good understanding of clinical governance, risk management and health and safety principles

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with colleagues at all levels of the organisation
