This is an exciting opportunity to shape and build a new community outreach service from the ground up.
We’re looking for a Community Outreach Lead to help design, develop, and lead our homelessness outreach offer — creating something responsive, flexible, and rooted in the community.
You will:• Lead and develop community outreach and drop-in support
- Work directly with people experiencing homelessness
- Build strong partnerships with local services
- Line manage and support a small team of staff and volunteers
- Play a key role in shaping how this growing service operates
We’re looking for someone with experience in homelessness, outreach, or complex needs support, with strong safeguarding knowledge and a compassionate, person-centred approach.
