Full-Time Position
35–40 hours per week
What you'll be doing
- Deliver warm, professional and friendly service from the moment guests arrive.
- Guide guests through our menus, daily specials and drinks.
- Take accurate food and drink orders using our POS system.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining high service standards.
- Ensure every guest has an exceptional dining experience.
- Process payments accurately.
- Maintain a clean and organised restaurant environment.
- Work closely with our kitchen and bar teams to deliver seamless service.
- Follow all food safety and hygiene procedures.
We're looking for someone who
- Has a minimum of one year's front-of-house restaurant experience.
- Is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service.
- Thrives in a busy, fast-paced environment.
- Has excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Is positive, reliable and eager to learn.
- Is flexible to work evenings, weekends and Sundays.
- Has the right to work in the UK.
Desirable skills
- Knowledge of food, wine and allergens.
- Experience using POS systems.
- Confidence in upselling and making recommendations.
- Ability to stay calm and organised under pressure.
