We are currently seeking an experienced Manufacturing Supervisor to join their production team. This role offers an excellent opportunity to develop your career in a global organisation committed to excellence, quality, and continuous improvement.
About the Role
As
Manufacturing Supervisor, you'll be responsible for leading a team of production operators, ensuring that all manufacturing activities are carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with GMP and company quality standards. You'll play a key role in improving production performance, supporting your team's development, and driving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and motivate a team of production operators to achieve manufacturing targets.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, Health & Safety, and Quality Systems.
- Drive continuous improvement and efficiency within the production area.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Quality, and Process teams to meet business goals.
- Maintain accurate documentation and support audits and CAPAs.
The Person
- Minimum 4 years' experience in a manufacturing environment.
- At least 1 year of supervisory experience leading a team.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office packages.
- Flexibility to work shift patterns as required.
