Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced delivery driver to join our team in the GB area. This role involves transporting bespoke furniture using a 3.5 tonne box van from our workshop to clients' locations, ensuring timely and safe deliveries that reflect our company's commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a 3.5 tonne box van to deliver high-end furniture to customers.
- Plan delivery routes efficiently to meet schedules.
- Handle furniture with care during loading, transportation, and unloading.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards of the vehicle.
- Assist with warehouse tasks when necessary.
- Ensure accurate documentation of deliveries.
- Qualifications
- Proven experience as a delivery driver, preferably with small commercial vehicles.
- Valid driving license suitable for operating a 3.5 tonne van.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to lift heavy items safely.
- Reliable and punctual with a friendly attitude.
- Previous warehouse experience is advantageous.
