Hampton by Hilton on Piccadilly, an exciting opportunity has arisen to join our Nights Team.
We are looking for an enthusiastic Night Auditor to come and join our team. The role of a Night Auditor is a multi role with various nightly tasks. As a Night Auditor you are likely to be our guests first hello and last goodbye!
- Working on reception
- Answering external calls
- Check in and check out
- Rate checks
- Input of reservations
- Running the system daily night audit, close down the system ready for the next day
- Cash handling
- General cleaning
- Provide excellent customer service skills to all our guests.
- This role also supports the efficient and effective running of the Hampton by Hilton limited 24/7 food menu, assisting when required in our breakfast area, working on the hotel bar pouring and serving basic drinks
- Close down of the hotel bar, meeting the Hampton by Hilton standards and following all the necessary procedures to ensure delivery of the brand is met on a daily basis.

This role involves solo working, you must possess excellent communication skills, be self-motivated, have the ability to work under pressure and be presentable for this customer facing role.
Full time position available with immediate start, weekend and weekly hours.
Full in - house training will be given
Training may involve some day shifts to cover all tasks for the role.
