Duties
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist customers with product information, order status, and account management.
- Resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently while ensuring a positive outcome.
- Perform data entry tasks to maintain accurate customer records and update information as necessary.
- Identify opportunities for upselling products or services to enhance customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and share best practices.
- Maintain knowledge of company products, services, and promotions to provide informed assistance.
Skills
- Excellent phone etiquette with a friendly and professional demeanour.
- Ability to analyse customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Proven experience in data entry with attention to detail.
- Ability to upsell products effectively while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
Hours
- 37.5 hours over 5 days (Monday - Sunday)
- Bank holidays / overtime available
