Job Title: Senior Conveyancer – Camberley (Hybrid Working)
Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

Team: Overseeing a team of 4 (1 Paralegal Fee Earner and 3 Consultant Conveyancers)
A well-established law firm in Camberley is seeking an experienced Senior Conveyancer to lead its residential property team. This role is ideal for someone who is confident managing a busy caseload while supervising and supporting a small team. The firm offers flexibility through hybrid working and a supportive, collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a full residential conveyancing caseload including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, new build transactions and shared ownership matters.
- Provide day-to-day supervision, mentoring and file reviews for a team of four conveyancers.
- Act as the main escalation point for complex matters and technical queries.
- Ensure compliance with SRA regulations, AML requirements and internal risk management procedures.
- Maintain excellent client communication and deliver a proactive, high-quality service.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with estate agents, brokers, referrers and repeat clients.
- Oversee workflow allocation, team performance and service delivery standards.
- Contribute to process improvements and best-practice development within the department.
- Support the firm’s growth through professional networking and positive representation.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Minimum 5 years PQE in residential conveyancing (Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive).
- Proven ability to manage a full caseload independently.
- Previous supervisory or team leadership experience is highly desirable.
- Strong technical knowledge of conveyancing processes, title review and lender requirements.
- Confident using case management systems and digital workflows.
- Excellent communication, organisation and client-care skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team culture.
