Ideal For:
Qualified Solicitors, CILEX Lawyers, Licensed Conveyancers or experienced Conveyancing Executives looking to take the next step in their career. You will have at least 12 months experience managing your own caseload of sales and purchases, leasehold and freehold, right-to-buy, transfers of equity, re-mortgages, and potentially new builds.
The Role:
You'll manage your own residential conveyancing caseload while providing an outstanding service to clients throughout the transaction process.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing residential property transactions from instruction through to completion
- Building strong relationships with clients, estate agents, brokers and referrers
- Ensuring files are progressed efficiently and in line with regulatory and risk management procedures
- Delivering a professional, proactive and client-focused service throughout each transaction

- Strong knowledge of the residential conveyancing process
- Excellent communication and client relationship skills
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Calm and professional under pressure
- Commercial awareness with an interest in developing long-term client relationships
