You must possess the ability to satisfy demanding clients and work to strict deadlines. The role will involve supporting a Property Solicitor with a full caseload of conveyancing files from initial instruction to completion. You must have strong communication skills as you will be liaising directly with clients both on the telephone and in person.
Residential conveyancing experience is essential. The successful candidate will have strong admin skills and be proficient with MS365. Experience using a case management system is ideal but not essential.
