The Opportunity
We are seeking an ambitious and customer-focused Customer Excellence Coordinator to own the end-to-end customer journey from deposit payment through to successful installation and handover. You will be the central point of contact for customers, ensuring a smooth, transparent, and outstanding experience while working closely with internal teams to drive projects forward. Key Responsibilities
Own and manage the full post-deposit customer journey, tracking progress and ensuring timely, high-quality installations.
Serve as the primary customer point of contact — delivering proactive updates and exceptional service at every stage.
Liaise effectively with sales, design, installation, finance, and logistics teams to gather information, resolve issues, and keep projects on track.
Maintain accurate records in CRM and project systems, supporting compliance, reporting, and continuous improvement.
Coordinate schedules, materials, surveys, certifications, and grant processes.
Monitor customer satisfaction, handle queries/escalations professionally, and contribute to process enhancements.
Track key performance metrics and support post-installation handovers.
About You
Proven experience in customer service, project coordination, account management, or a similar role (ideally in construction, home improvements, utilities, or renewables).
Excellent communication skills and a genuine passion for customer excellence.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
Proficient with CRM tools, spreadsheets, and collaboration software.
Ambitious and driven — you are keen to take on increasing responsibility and progress rapidly in a fast-growing business.
Problem-solver with a positive, proactive mindset.
Interest/knowledge in renewable energy is advantageous.
Full UK driving licence (occasional local travel may be required).
Right to work in the UK.
What We Offer
Competitive salary: £30,000 – £38,000 per annum (depending on experience), with potential for performance-related bonuses.
