Duties
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within designated territories through cold calling, networking, and client visits
- Present and demonstrate products or services to prospective clients, highlighting features and benefits effectively
- Negotiate terms of sales agreements to maximise mutual benefit while maintaining company standards
- Build and sustain long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals
- Maintain detailed records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up actions using organisational tools
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products or services and address customer queries promptly
- Plan and manage daily schedules efficiently to optimise client meetings and minimise travel time
- Keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies
Experience
- Proven experience in B2C sales or field sales roles is highly desirable
- Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals effectively
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Proficient driving skills with a valid licence for travelling within assigned territories
- Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Good IT literacy, including familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office suite
- Strong organisational abilities with excellent time management skills to prioritise tasks efficiently
- Ability to work independently while maintaining a high level of motivation and professionalism
