Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Recruitment Manager.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various security departments. This role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the organisation’s workforce and contribute to its long-term success. The Recruitment Manager will work closely with operation managers to understand their staffing needs.
Duties
- Develop and execute comprehensive recruitment strategies aligned with organisational objectives.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and offers.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline through networking, social media, and partnerships with educational institutions.
- Oversee the utilisation of applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools to ensure efficient operations.
- Collaborate with department managers to understand specific staffing requirements and optimise hiring processes.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and organisational policies throughout the recruitment process.
Experience
- Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within a similar industry or organisation size.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

This is a full time position working on site 9am - 5pm Mon-Fri
Use of company fleet to attend Job fairs and offsite interviews.
Pay: £30,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
