Your Role: As a Car Sales Executive, you’ll play a key role in introducing our customers to the exciting world of Kia. From showcasing our stunning range of vehicles to guiding customers through the sales process, you’ll be at the heart of delivering an exceptional buying experience. Training and ongoing support will be provided to ensure you can maximise your potential and thrive within the team.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Understanding customers’ needs and presenting the best options for them, ensuring they experience Kia’s vehicles through test drives.
- Working closely with customers to agree on prices, payment methods, and finance options, always ensuring they are satisfied with their choices.
- Participating in training and development sessions to continuously improve and align with Speedwell’s goals.
- Collaborating with colleagues and other teams to ensure a seamless, top-tier service throughout the buying process.
- Following up with customers post-delivery to ensure complete satisfaction and build lasting relationships.
About You: To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in car sales or a similar customer-facing environment.
- A full driving license.
- Availability to work weekends on a rota basis.
- A passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
