About the Role
Amore is currently recruiting dedicated and reliable Support Workers to join our growing agency team. This role involves supporting adults with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs, and complex care requirements within supported living and residential settings across the Wirral.
As an agency Support Worker, you will have the flexibility to choose shifts that suit you while making a meaningful difference in people’s lives.
Key Responsibilities
- Providing day-to-day personal care and practical support
- Supporting individuals with daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, and budgeting
- Encouraging community engagement and social activities
- Administering medication (where trained)
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns
- Promoting safeguarding and wellbeing at all times
What We’re Looking For
- A caring, patient, and empathetic nature
- Previous experience in care or support work (preferred but not essential)
- Level 2 or Level 3 in Health and Social Care (desirable)
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
- A full UK driving licence is advantageous but not essential
