Since joining IFG, we have expanded and are now recruiting for a Customer Care Advisor to join our team from our Wetherby office. We are looking for a passionate and motivated individual who is experienced in verbal and written communications.

Purpose of the Role
To provide the highest standard of administrative support, organisation and customer service across the business. Whether that be supporting parents, schools or Dolce colleagues at all times to ensure that our standard of excellence is maintained.
You will be the main point of initial contact for general customer enquiries and requests and will be responsible for providing communication and administrative support across a broad range of tasks, including:
- Responding to emails, phone calls and ad hoc enquiries in a responsive and professional manner.
- Drafting correspondence to help solve internal and external challenges.
- Carrying out customer surveys throughout the year.
- Administrative and data entry work, ensuring data is kept updated and recorded accordingly.
- Welcoming new clients & customers.
- Dealing with customer enquiries in a professional manner.
We are looking for someone with a friendly and positive attitude who does not shy away from a challenge. You must have excellent administrative & customer service skills, as well as highly organised and able to use your own initiative whilst working in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal applicant will have
- Experience in office-based Support/Customer Service role.
- A minimum of 2+ years telephone based customer service.
- Minimum GCSE Maths and English.
- Previous data entry and/or office administration experience.
- An excellent and professional telephone manner and be comfortable receiving and making telephone calls.
- A can-do attitude and the enthusiasm and drive to achieve.
The Package
This is a permanent full-time role, Monday - Friday from 9am - 5pm.
In return we can offer a salary of £25,870 per annum, plus a range of employee benefits including private medical insurance, access to an Employee Assistance Programme, wellness initiatives and a contributory pension scheme with a matched contribution up to 6%.
