We are looking for a highly motivated Outbound Sales Executive who is confident on the phone, thrives on generating new business, and enjoys building long-term customer relationships.
This is not a passive sales role. If you enjoy speaking to customers, chasing opportunities and closing deals, we want to hear from you.
The Role
You will be responsible for proactively contacting new and existing customers, following up quotations, generating sales opportunities and managing your own sales pipeline.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 60–100 outbound business calls per day.
- Follow up all quotations within 24 hours.
- Generate new business opportunities from existing enquiries and prospecting.
- Convert quotations into confirmed orders.
- Build relationships with business customers throughout the UK.
- Maintain accurate CRM records after every call.
- Send follow-up emails and quotations promptly.
- Chase outstanding quotations until a decision is reached.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Work closely with purchasing and customer service teams.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years' B2B sales experience.
- Excellent telephone communication skills.
- Confident making high volumes of outbound calls.
- Strong objection-handling and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven attitude.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Good computer skills including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Ability to prioritise workload and manage multiple opportunities.
Desirable
- Experience selling digital signage, AV equipment, IT hardware or commercial displays.
- Experience using Shopify, Zoho CRM or similar systems.
- Knowledge of commercial technology products.

Performance Expectations
This role is measured on performance. Successful candidates will be expected to:
- Maintain a high level of outbound call activity every day.
- Follow up every quotation until a clear outcome is achieved.
- Keep CRM records accurate and up to date.
- Consistently meet individual sales and activity targets.
- Deliver excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
