We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Store Manager to lead our retail team. Duties
- Lead and supervise the daily operations of the store, ensuring smooth functioning at all times
- Manage and motivate staff to achieve sales targets and deliver exceptional customer service
- Organise merchandising displays to optimise product visibility and maximise sales potential
- Implement effective sales strategies and monitor performance metrics
- Oversee stock levels, inventory management, and replenishment processes
- Train, develop, and evaluate team members to foster a high-performance environment
- Maintain excellent communication with staff, suppliers, and customers through professional phone etiquette and organisational skills
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Analyse sales data to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Manage administrative tasks including scheduling, reporting, and budgeting
Qualifications
- Proven management experience within retail or a similar environment, with supervising experience preferred
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to manage and develop teams effectively
- Excellent communication skills in English; multilingual or bilingual abilities are advantageous
- Demonstrated organisational skills with attention to detail in merchandising and administrative duties
- Proficient in sales management, time management, and organisational tools
- Experience in retail management, including stock control and customer service excellence
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining professionalism in all interactions
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to motivate staff and build positive relationships with customers
- Previous experience in merchandising, administrative tasks, and managing sales targets is desirable
