Job Title: Healthcare Assistant (Driving Required)

Job Summary:
- Provide compassionate care and support to individuals in home care settings.
- Follow and support individualised care plans for each resident.
- Maintain accurate records using IT systems.
- Communicate effectively with residents, families, and healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with personal care, dressing, hygiene, and mobility.
- Support and implement individualised care plans.
- Maintain accurate documentation and update records via IT systems.
- Encourage resident participation in social activities and promote overall well-being.
- Drive residents to appointments or outings if required (with a valid licence).
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous care home or home care experience is beneficial; training provided.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Proficient IT skills for record-keeping and care plan updates.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
- Compassionate attitude and genuine desire to support vulnerable individuals.
