Scorpion Automotive are specialists in vehicle security trackers, alarms, immobilisers and dashcams that make driving safer and more secure. This role is a genuine starting point on our sales ladder, with clear progression for the right candidate.
Basic salary: £30,000
Achievable OTE: £55,000 (uncapped commission)
The role
- Handle a mix of outbound and inbound sales leads, selling insurance-approved vehicle trackers, CAN bus immobilisers (such as the Ghost Immobiliser), and wider vehicle security products
- Deliver a high standard of service on every customer interaction
- Build strong product knowledge across the Scorpion range
Training
Full structured onboarding on our London sales floor, covering product knowledge, sales process and objection handling - followed by ongoing coaching and support as you build your pipeline.
What we're looking for
- Some previous experience in a sales role
- Competitive, resilient, and driven to keep improving
- Comfortable working under pressure over the phone
- Able to work some evenings and weekends as part of a rota

Additional pay: Commission pay
Working hours
Core hours between 9am–6pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional evening shifts to 8pm and one weekend shift per month as part of a rota.
