When Civerinos started out, Mr C wanted to create the kind of place you could hang out with family and friends. A cool, independent, family-owned neighbourhood pizza bar based on his time in NYC and a nod to his Italian roots. The journey so far has been incredible. Staying true to Nonna’s own recipes and throwing in some NYC attitude (that Nonna would have backhanded for), Civerinos has been serving New York-style Italian street food to Edinburgh since 2014.

Job Title: Front of House (FOH) Server

Position Overview: We are looking for friendly and energetic Front of House (FOH) Servers to join our team. As an FOH Server at Civerinos, you will play a key role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive dining experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities:
· Greet and escort customers to their tables.
· Present menus and explain menu items.
· Take accurate food and drink orders, using a POS system.
· Serve food and beverages in a timely manner.
· Check-in with guests to ensure satisfaction and handle any issues or concerns.
· Prepare and set up tables for dining, including cleaning and sanitizing.
· Collaborate with other FOH team members to provide excellent service.

Requirements:
· Proven experience as a Server or in a customer service role preferred but not required.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
· Strong attention to detail and customer-oriented approach.
· Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
