An exciting opportunity has arisen for an exceptional Head Chef to lead the kitchen at the iconic Pomme d'Or Hotel in St Helier, Jersey. We are seeking a passionate, hands-on leader who will inspire and develop the team, create and cost outstanding seasonal menus, maintain the highest food safety and allergen standards, and take pride in every dish served. You'll lead from the pass, mentor your brigade, and work closely with colleagues to deliver exceptional guest experiences. We're looking for someone with hotel and restaurant experience, strong European cuisine knowledge, commercial awareness, resilience, and a genuine passion for hospitality.
