Early Years Practitioner (Level 2 or Level 3)
Location: Chester
Hours: Full-time, 38 hours (Monday – Thursday 8am-6pm)
Salary: Competitive, based on qualification and experience

We’re looking for a caring, enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner (Level 2 or Level 3) to join our friendly team. You’ll support children’s learning and development through play, following the EYFS framework, and help create a warm, engaging environment where children can thrive.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver age-appropriate activities following EYFS guidelines
- Support children’s individual needs, learning and development
- Act as a key person for a group of children (Level 3)
- Maintain a safe, clean and stimulating environment
- Build positive relationships with children, parents and colleagues
- Ensure safeguarding, health and safety and all company policies are followed
About You
- Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Early Years / Childcare (essential)
- Good understanding of the EYFS and child development
- Passionate, reliable and dedicated to providing outstanding childcare
- Team player with strong communication skills
- Experience in a nursery or preschool setting (desirable)
- Paediatric First Aid qualification (or willingness to train)
