We’re looking for a Shift Lead / Assistant Manager to work alongside ownership in helping build the next version of North Coast Pizza.

The Role
This role is hands-on.
You’ll be helping run busy services, supporting staff, handling customer interaction, maintaining standards and helping keep the operation moving during peak periods.
You’ll work closely with ownership and become a key part of the day-to-day running of the business.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Supporting daily operation of the takeaway
- Leading shifts and helping manage staff
- Ensuring food quality and presentation standards are maintained
- Assisting with customer service and complaint handling
- Managing online orders and service flow during busy periods
- Opening and closing the business when required
- Supporting stock control and cleanliness standards
- Helping maintain a positive, energetic working environment

Experience in takeaway, kitchen, hospitality or management roles is preferred but not essential for the right person.
Hours & Pay
- Seasonal variation expected during quieter winter periods
- National Living Wage initially, with opportunities to grow as the business develops
