Overview
Paragon Resource Solutions are working in partnership with a reputable Property Services contractor to recruit a full-time Carpenter / Multi-Trade Operative. This role will support reactive maintenance and voids programmes across domestic social housing properties in the Oldbury area.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out a range of repairs, maintenance, and upgrade works within domestic properties
- Assess required works and complete tasks efficiently and to a high standard
- Ensure all work is delivered within agreed timeframes while maintaining quality workmanship
- Provide excellent customer service when working in occupied properties
- Respond to customer enquiries in a professional and courteous manner
- Travel between multiple sites as required using a company vehicle
Core Duties
- General carpentry repairs
- Basic plumbing works
- Plastering and decorating
- Wall and floor tiling
Requirements
- Full UK driving licence (maximum 6 points)
- Relevant trade qualification (NVQ Level 2 or full apprenticeship), or
- Proven experience within a similar multi-trade role
- Experience working within social housing or domestic maintenance environments preferred
