Premium segment central London banya / bath house and restaurant is looking for a chef to run the kitchen. The restaurant specialises in traditional Eastern European dishes typically served at the banya with an emphasis on the seasonal and fresh. Great opportunity with lots of autonomy for the right person. Full time role.
In addition to cooking you will be responsible for;
· Developing and adapting the menu throughout the year
· Hiring and managing other kitchen staff
· Identifying suitable suppliers
· Ensuring food hygiene standards are met
Requirements;
· Suitable restaurant experience
· Organizational skills
· Team player with willingness to help out wherever required
· Knowledge of food hygiene regulations
· Must speak Ukranian/Russian, English is a bonus
Market competitive salary, performance bonuses and other benefits to be negotiated.

Pay: £14.00-£16.00 per hour
