About the role
We’re seeking a Mobile Caterer with strong cooking and presentation skills, a flexible mindset, and the ability to adapt quickly to changing needs across multiple locations. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who enjoys variety, autonomy, and making a real impact.
Key Responsibilities
· Cover sites during periods of planned and unplanned absences.
· Respond flexibly to changing needs, including menu adjustments and site-specific routines.
· Prepare and serve high-quality meals across 8 designated sites in areas below
o Central Norwich
o North Norfolk
o Great Yarmouth
o Diss
o Wymondham
· Maintain food safety and hygiene standards at all times
· Collaborate with site teams to ensure smooth service delivery
What We’re Looking For
· Proven experience in catering in multi varied sites.
· Strong, organisational and communication skills.
· Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
· Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel up to 1 hour each way.
· Flexible, organised, and solutions-focused approach.

Working Pattern
· 4-5 days per week depending on shift times but will vary dependant on the needs of the business. Typically 4.5-5 hours per shift. You will have a rolling two-week rota including every other weekend, bank holidays and Christmas if it falls on your days.
