As part of our Experience Team, you’ll be the welcoming face of the park—the person who sets the tone from the moment guests arrive and ensures they leave with great memories (and a smile!).
About the Role
This is a varied, people-focused role where no two days are the same. You’ll support guests throughout their stay, answer questions, solve problems, and help showcase everything our holiday park and local area have to offer. Weekend work is essential, Saturday and Sundays.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering a warm, friendly welcome and creating an outstanding first impression
- Checking guests in and out smoothly and accurately
- Sharing information about park facilities, services, events, and local attractions
- Handling bookings, amendments, and cancellations using our booking system
- Responding to guest enquiries in person, by phone, and via email
- Processing payments and managing cash and card transactions
- Preparing and distributing guest information packs
- Resolving guest queries or concerns professionally and efficiently
- Working closely with housekeeping, maintenance, and other teams to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Keeping guest records organised and up to date
- Attending team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve our service
What We’re Looking For
- A natural people-person with excellent customer service skills
- Confident communicator, both face-to-face and over the phone
- Organised, reliable, and comfortable multitasking
- Positive, proactive attitude with a problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable using computer systems and booking software
- Able to thrive in a busy, fast-paced environment
