Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise classes in the absence of a teacher.
- Ensure continuity in learning by following lesson plans and maintaining a positive learning environment.
- Manage classroom behaviour and promote a productive atmosphere for students.
- Provide support to students during lessons and assist with any questions or concerns.
- Collaborate with teaching staff to ensure a smooth transition in the absence of teachers.
Requirements:
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to manage classroom dynamics and engage students effectively.
- Flexibility and adaptability to work across different subject areas.
- Previous experience working in a school setting is advantageous but not essential.
- A passion for supporting students' learning and development.
