Job Summary
As Quality Officer, you'll take ownership of the internal audit programme, planning and carrying out audits, reporting findings, identifying trends, and supporting corrective actions. You'll help manage risks, opportunities, and non-conformances, ensuring investigations are completed effectively and improvements are implemented.
You'll work closely with Quality and Technical Managers to develop, review, and improve procedures, ensuring our documented processes remain accurate, compliant, and effective. You'll also coordinate the equipment calibration programme, ensuring all calibration activities are completed and recorded in line with accreditation and quality requirements.
In addition, you'll support OEKO-TEX audit activities, including quality assurance site visits where required, and help identify opportunities to improve efficiency by responsibly implementing AI tools within quality management processes.
What we're looking for
We're seeking someone with a good understanding of quality management systems, ideally with knowledge of ISO/IEC 17025, ISO/IEC 17065 or ISO 9001 standards. You'll be highly organised, methodical, and able to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
You'll be confident interpreting procedures, communicating with colleagues at all levels, and following through on actions to ensure deadlines are met. Strong record-keeping, analytical thinking, and a continuous improvement mindset are essential.

Pay: £30,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
