About the Role
This is a brilliant opportunity for someone with agency experience who wants to take the next step in their career. The role sits at the intersection of client management and hands-on marketing delivery, giving you exposure to both sides of agency life.
You’ll work across four to five key client accounts spanning different sectors and industries, partnering with the wider team to plan, coordinate and deliver marketing activity. On any given day, you could be jumping on a client call to give an update, scheduling a social campaign, reviewing email performance data, or collaborating on ideas for a new content strategy.
This position is to support while another role is on maternity leave initially, but we’re actively looking for someone who can grow with the team. If the fit is right and performance is strong, there is a clear pathway to a permanent role beyond the 12-month contract.
What the Role Looks Like Day to Day
The role is hybrid, with a minimum of two days per week based in Manchester city centre. One day will be spent at the Loaded Hype office and one day on site at a key client account in the student property sector. The remaining days can be worked remotely.
You’ll work closely with the Marketing Manager, Managing Director, and the wider team to ensure activity is delivered on time, to a high standard and in line with each client’s objectives. It’s a fast-paced, varied role that requires someone who is happy to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in.
Key Responsibilities
- Acting as a key point of contact for three to five client accounts, building strong working relationships
- Supporting the planning, coordination and delivery of marketing campaigns across multiple channels
- Attending client meetings, contributing to discussions and presenting updates on activity and performance
- Supporting social media content across client accounts
- Supporting the creation and execution of email marketing campaigns
- Contributing to content strategies and helping to develop content calendars
- Producing client-facing reports and pulling together key performance data and insights
- Collaborating with the wider team on creative briefs, campaign ideas and project timelines
- Ensuring all activity is delivered on time and to the expected standard
- Spending one day per week on site at a key client account, acting as an embedded point of contact
About You
You’re someone who thrives in a busy, collaborative environment. You’re not afraid to pick up the phone, join a client call or take ownership of a task. You’re just as comfortable presenting a campaign update as you are getting into the detail of scheduling posts or pulling a report together.
You take pride in the quality of your work, communicate clearly and proactively, and understand that great client relationships are built on reliability, responsiveness and trust.

- A proactive, hands-on attitude with a willingness to get involved across all areas of delivery
- Team player who works well collaboratively and can support the Marketing Manager in driving activity forward
- Strong written communication and attention to detail
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where priorities can shift quickly
