Technician required to work with a small and friendly team of technicians to restore buildings and contents that have been affected by Fire, Flood and other perils in Hampshire/Wiltshire/Dorset etc - Predominantly Field Based so full driving licence is essential. Will suit person with experience in the industry or with knowledge of Building and Allied Trades but a willingness to learn is key.
You will need to be physically fit at the job entails lifting and carrying heavy equipment, the stripping out and washdown of properties and removal of furniture from the location.
Key responsibilities:
- Carry out drying and restoration of domestic and commercial buildings by installation of the correct drying equipment
- To carry out initial visits to properties to evaluate the damage caused by the peril and to report on the next steps
- After training, to undertake a sightcall with appointed surveyors to discuss next steps on the claim
- Clean and sanitize affected areas to prevent mould growth
- To complete paperwork and ipad reports
- To undertake furniture removal from properties

A full UK driving licence is required and a company vehicle will be provided upon successful completion of probation period.
Salary will be subject to experience.
The successful candidates will be subject to a DBS check prior to offer of employment due to the sensitive nature of our work.
