Here at UPP we currently have an exciting opportunity for an Administrator to join our Nottingham team.
You will be responsible for providing efficient and effective administrative support across our student accommodation portfolio, maintaining administrative systems, supporting site operations, managing financial and compliance records, and helping to ensure the smooth delivery of services to our residents and university partners.
This is a permanent position working 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. The salary is £25,589 per annum.
Role responsibilities include:

Administer financial processes including raising purchase orders, processing invoices, monitoring expenditure and supporting budget tracking.

Gather and analyse quotations for goods and services, ensuring purchasing activities are cost effective and compliant with company procedures.

Maintain statutory, compliance and audit records to support organisational and regulatory requirements.

Administer property and facilities management systems, supporting the management of reactive and planned maintenance activities and monitoring performance against KPIs and SLAs.

Produce accurate reports by collating, analysing and presenting data for internal and external stakeholders.

Manage property management and room booking systems, ensuring records remain accurate and up to date.

Oversee the student damages process, ensuring incidents are recorded, charges are raised and financial records are maintained.

Act as a primary point of contact for residents, contractors, university partners and other stakeholders, delivering a professional and customer-focused service.

Provide reception cover when required, ensuring all visitors receive a friendly and efficient welcome.

Coordinate with university departments and central support teams to support the smooth delivery of services across the site.

Support compliance with health and safety procedures, sustainability initiatives and corporate recycling targets.
We are looking for someone with strong administrative and organisational skills, excellent attention to detail, and experience working with databases and spreadsheets. You will be a confident communicator, able to work collaboratively across operational teams whilst managing information accurately and professionally.
Experience within facilities management, property management, compliance administration or a similar operational environment would be advantageous.
