The Role
We are looking for ambitious and experienced Sales Representatives to join our team, focusing on air source heat pump solutions. You will attend pre-qualified appointments, assess customer needs, and provide tailored heating solutions that meet both performance and budget requirements.
This role is ideal for a confident closer with experience in home improvements, heating systems, or renewable energy sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Attend pre-booked and self-generated appointments
- Conduct home surveys and assess suitability for air source heat pumps
- Educate customers on benefits, savings, and system performance
- Prepare and present detailed quotations and proposals
- Close sales and consistently achieve targets
- Maintain accurate customer records and pipeline management
- Stay up to date with industry developments and government incentives
Requirements
- Proven experience in sales (renewables, heating, or home improvements preferred)
- Strong closing skills and target-driven mindset
- Excellent communication and customer engagement abilities
- Ability to explain technical products in a simple, clear way
- Full UK driving licence
- Self-motivated with a professional approach
