Work Shop Advisor– 1 year experience – Sandbach - Temporary role up to 6 weeks.
Location: Sandbach
Working hours: Monday to Friday08:00-17:00 (1 hour lunch break deducted)
Salary: £15.50ph PAYE
About the Company:
You would be joining a well-established commercial vehicle dealership and service centre based in Sandbach, Cheshire, supporting customers across the UK with the supply, servicing, repair and maintenance of trucks and vans. They play a key role in keeping fleets on the road and operating efficiently, providing reliable and responsive support to a wide client base. You will be joining a small, close-knit team of 8, with exciting plans for growth as the business continues to expand.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acting as the first point of contact for van drivers and visitors
- Checking personnel in and out
- Booking vehicles in for service, maintenance and repairs
- Managing and coordinating schedules
- Running operational reports
- Ordering vehicle parts and supplies
- Processing invoices
- Maintaining accurate records
Essential requirements:
· Previous experience in a Workshop advisor role, Transport Planner or Parts Advisor role (minimum 1 year required)
· Strong IT and systems skills
· Excellent organisation
· Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
· Strong administrative and customer service skills
· Previous experience within the transport, fleet or automotive industry
· Ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks effectively
