Nursing Assistant Roles
20 hour/30 hour positions available (plus as needed, bank hours available)
Paul Sartori is known for delivering palliative care in the community. We have a number of vacancies available to support our Hospice at Home service, due to the increasing need for respite care at home, and a number of our team retiring.
We have 1 x 20 hour and 1 x 30 hour per week contract, for night work.
This would mean you work 2 or 3 nights per week from 10pm to 7am, caring for a palliative patient in their own home, anywhere in Pembrokeshire.
We also have as needed/bank work available with no set hours. Work is allocated based on your availability, on a monthly basis.
Nursing assistants will need a QCF Level 2 in Health & Social Care in order to meet the requirement to register with Social Care Wales, whilst undertaking Domiciliary Care.
The ability to drive a car is essential, you will be based in the community and work alone in patients’ homes. You will be paid travel and time expenses and be expected to participate in regular Clinical training.
Palliative care experience would be an advantage.
