Senior Carer – Domiciliary Care
Sienna Home Care – Eastleigh, Chandlers Ford & Surrounding Areas
We are looking for a caring, reliable and experienced Senior Carer to join our growing team at Sienna Home Care.
This role requires flexibility, as shifts will vary depending on the needs of the business and may include:
- 7:00am – 4:00pm shifts
- 9:00am - 6:00pm shifts
- 12:00pm – 8:00pm shifts
- Weekdays and weekends
- Participation in the on-call rota
Requirements:
- NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (essential)
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
- Enhanced DBS
- Previous care experience
- Ability to lead by example and support other members of the care team
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Flexible and willing to adapt to the needs of the service
