Due to an increase in demand, we currently seek a number of experienced welders to join our team. We offer a good hourly rate, bonus scheme and other incentives and all roles are an immediate start.
Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Welder/Fabricators to join our team. The successful candidates will be responsible for fabricating welding components in accordance with technical specifications and safety standards. This role offers an opportunity to utilise your mechanical knowledge and welding skills. The position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and excellent communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret schematics, technical drawings, and welding instructions to ensure precise fabrication of components.
- Perform welding tasks using MIG and/or TIG, adhering to quality standards.
- Fabricate metal parts and structures according to specifications, ensuring accuracy and durability.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to review and improve fabrication processes.
- Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations, maintaining a safe working environment at all times.
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding client requirements and delivering high-quality work within deadlines.
Experience
- Proven experience in welding and fabricating metal components ideally timed served.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
