Cleaner – Ocean Exmouth

We’re looking for two Cleaners to help keep Ocean Exmouth looking its best across the entire complex. This is a vital role where your work helps ensure our customers, families and colleagues enjoy a safe, clean and positive experience every time they visit.
About the Role
As a Cleaner at Ocean Exmouth, you’ll help maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene across the site. You’ll work across a range of public areas including floors, stairways, toilets and changing spaces, ensuring everything is clean, fresh and well-presented.
Your responsibilities will include:

Vacuuming and mopping floors

Cleaning toilets and changing areas

Following cleaning schedules and safety procedures

Using your initiative to identify areas needing extra attention
Some tasks will be completed independently, while others are part of a wider team effort but every task you carry out plays a key role in the smooth running of the centre.
Working Pattern (Alternate Weeks)
We have two roles available, working on an alternating weekly rota working 4-hour shifts:
Week 1:

Friday, Saturday, Sunday – early shifts

Monday & Tuesday – 11:00am start
Week 2:
-
Wednesday & Thursday – 11:00am start
-
Friday, Saturday, Sunday – 2:00pm start
This pattern then repeats. Please note you must be available for mornings & afternoons.
About You
You take pride in your work and understand the importance of a clean environment for customer experience and wellbeing. You’re reliable, organised and comfortable working independently, while also being part of a supportive team.

Previous cleaning experience is helpful but not essential—full training will be provided. What matters most is your commitment, consistency and willingness to get stuck in.
