Grounds Maintenance Operative – Full Time Based in Haddenham, Buckinghamshire
We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Grounds Maintenance Operative to join our team on a full-time basis.
Previous grounds maintenance or landscaping experience is preferred, however full training will be provided for the right candidate.
Role includes:
- General grounds maintenance
- Grass cutting and strimming
- Hedge cutting and pruning
- Weed control
- Keeping sites tidy and well presented
- Working as part of a professional team
Essential requirements:
- Full UK driving licence
- Honest, dependable and punctual
- Good work ethic
- Able to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Experience preferred, but not essential
Working hours: Monday to Friday 6:00am – 3:30pm
Location: Daily start from Haddenham, Buckinghamshire
Salary & Benefits:
- £26,000 per annum (rising after probation period)
- 4 weeks paid holiday
- Full training provided
- Permanent full-time position
