We have been successfully trading for over 15 years, employing over 170 office staff and over 3000 engineers nationwide. We have built a bespoke CRM and various web applications to fuel our growth. Our digital infrastructure will enable us to become the UK's largest energy installer in the coming years.
As part of our continued growth, we are looking to welcome an experienced Onboarding & Training Specialist to our expanding team.
Onboarding & Training Specialist Responsibilities
- Deliver onboarding and induction training for all new starters
- Create engaging training materials and onboarding plans
- Support employees through their probationary period
- Deliver training workshops across multiple departments
- Work alongside managers to identify training needs and development opportunities
- Promote company values, culture and compliance standards
Onboarding & Training Specialist Skills & Experience
- At least 3 years experience within training, onboarding or learning and development
- Train The Trainer certification or equivalent
- Confident delivering training both 1-1 and in groups with the ability to adapt training styles to different learners
- Sales training, coaching or management experience desirable
- Experience within renewables, utilities or installation businesses advantageous
- Experience in fast-paced operational businesses preferred
