Cleankill Environmental Services is looking for an enthusiastic Administrator to join our friendly and supportive team based in Kenley. The Role
As an Administrator, you'll be at the centre of our daily operations, providing essential administrative support and delivering excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders.
You'll be the first point of contact for many of our customers and colleagues, helping to coordinate work, resolve queries, maintain accurate records, and ensure our office runs efficiently every day. Working closely with our technicians and surveyors, you'll play an important part in ensuring our services are delivered efficiently and our customers receive the highest standards of support.

What You'll Be Doing
- Acting as the first point of contact for customers, technicians, and the sales team via telephone and email.
- Processing and checking sales and service paperwork to ensure accuracy.
- Liaising with customers to provide updates on work progress and appointments.
- Taking ownership of customer queries and complaints, ensuring they're resolved professionally and efficiently.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and updating internal databases.
- Producing and maintaining spreadsheets and reports.
- Supporting customers with basic account enquiries.
- Managing incoming and outgoing post.
- Filing and maintaining organised business documentation.
- Providing general administrative support to the wider team and assisting with day-to-day office activities.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous experience in an administration or customer service role.
- Experience within a service-based, facilities management, engineering, or similar environment is highly desirable.
- Experience working alongside field-based technicians, engineers, or surveyors would be advantageous.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional and friendly telephone manner.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Excellent attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
- The ability to remain calm under pressure and solve problems proactively.
- A positive, flexible, and proactive attitude with a genuine willingness to help others.
- The ability to work independently while also being a supportive and reliable team player.
