We're looking for a commercially minded, ambitious and experienced Senior E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager to help drive the next stage of growth for Soho Poms, one of the UK's fastest-growing premium pet lifestyle brands.

Our headquarters and warehouse are located in Dunmow, Essex.
The successful candidate will work four days per week from our office and one day per week remotely from home.
Due to our rural location and limited public transport links, applicants must live within approximately 15 miles or a 30-minute drive of our office.

The Role
You will be responsible for managing and growing our online sales channels, website performance and digital marketing activity.
This is a hands-on role with real responsibility and accountability.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing and optimising our Shopify websites
- Planning, creating and scaling Meta (Facebook & Instagram) advertising campaigns
- Managing Google Ads campaigns and budgets
- Creating and executing email marketing campaigns through Klaviyo
- Launching new products and collections online
- Improving website conversion rates and customer experience
- Monitoring analytics and reporting on performance
- Driving customer acquisition and retention strategies
- Working directly with senior management on growth initiatives
- Identifying opportunities to increase revenue and profitability
What We're Looking ForEssential
- Proven Shopify experience
- Strong Meta Ads experience
- Google Ads experience
- Experience using Klaviyo or similar email marketing platforms
- Strong understanding of e-commerce and digital marketing
- Commercially minded with a focus on results
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
Desirable
- Experience working with consumer brands
- Basic design skills using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite
- Photography, content creation or creative campaign experience

Within your first 12 months, you will be expected to:
- Increase online sales across our websites
- Improve conversion rates
- Grow customer acquisition through paid advertising
- Develop a clear and effective email marketing strategy
- Increase repeat purchase rates and customer retention
- Deliver measurable growth in revenue and profitability
