Robertsons Fine Foods are seeking a motivated, organised and customer-focused individual to join our sales team in a varied role combining telesales, customer development and office administration.
The successful candidate will be confident communicating with customers over the phone, possess excellent organisational skills, and be capable of supporting both sales activity and the day-to-day administration of a busy office environment.
The role will involve proactive sales calls to our existing customer base, analysing sales data and producing reports, identifying opportunities for growth, researching and developing new business leads, and delivering an exceptional level of customer service at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
Processing telesales orders and handling customer enquiries
Researching and developing new sales leads
Analysing sales data and generating reports
Following up opportunities and supporting ongoing sales activity
Delivering a high level of customer service
Assisting with general office administration duties
Ideal Candidate:
Previous sales or telesales experience preferred
Confident and professional telephone manner
Good organisational, communication and interpersonal skills
Comfortable analysing sales data and producing reports
Proactive and self-motivated, with attention to detail
Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering outstanding service
Ability to identify and develop new business opportunities
Competent in Microsoft Excel and other business software
Experience within the meat trade would be advantageous, but is not essential
Hours: Monday – Friday 8.00am – 4.30pm
Salary: Dependent on experience.
