Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit an experienced 18th Edition Qualified Electrician to join our team carrying out domestic reactive and planned maintenance works across the Central Belt of Scotland.
The Role
You will be responsible for carrying out:
- Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs)
- Reactive maintenance and fault-finding
- Planned maintenance works
- Repairs and upgrades within domestic properties
Our clients include a range of Housing Associations, Letting Agents, and private domestic customers, providing a varied and consistent workload.

Essential Requirements
- 18th Edition Qualified Electrician
- Minimum 3 years' experience as a qualified electrician
- Valid ECS Card
- Full UK driving licence
- Strong fault-finding and maintenance experience
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Desirable
- Experience using SELECT Certs software for certification and reporting
Working Hours
Full-Time, Permanent
- 37.5 hours per week
- Monday to Friday
- Occasional overtime available
