Spa Therapist – Royal Crescent Hotel & Spa
We are currently seeking exceptional Spa Therapist to join the award-winning team at the Royal Crescent Hotel & Spa.
Position Summary
We are looking for passionate and skilled therapists with experience in — or a strong affinity for — natural skincare and body care. You will be working with our carefully selected partner brands, including Ground Wellbeing and Medik8, with full brand and in-house training provided.
This is an exciting time to join the spa, following a recent refurbishment that has further elevated our guest experience and treatment offering. This role is ideally suited to a self-motivated, confident, and personable individual with exceptional attention to detail, who thrives in a dynamic and evolving environment.
You will play a key role in ensuring every guest receives a personalised, holistic spa journey, placing their wellbeing at the centre of every treatment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide a warm and professional welcome to all guests
- Deliver world-class treatments, including body therapies, massage, facials, and beauty services
- Anticipate guest needs and exceed expectations at every stage of their spa journey
- Confidently manage guest expectations and respond to enquiries with care and professionalism
- Maintain the highest standards of hygiene and presentation throughout the spa
- Demonstrate full knowledge of all treatments, services, and retail products
- Support Spa Reception operations when required
- Collaborate with colleagues and assist other departments where needed
- Adhere to all Standard Operating Procedures and company policies
- Share knowledge and contribute positively to the team environment
- Flexibility to work weekends as part of the role
Skills & Experience
- NVQ Level 3 in Spa Therapy (essential)
- Previous experience delivering a range of spa treatments
- A warm, authentic, and engaging personality
- Fluent English, with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail and time management
- Ability to work to treatment timings while maintaining exceptional standards
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach and genuine passion for guest satisfaction
- Strong problem-solving skills and a flexible, solutions-focused mindset
- A collaborative team player who enjoys working in a supportive environment
- Basic IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- A willingness to learn and embrace new treatments and techniques

Pay: £15.00 per hour
