About the Opportunity

Key Responsibilities
Customer Service & Client Engagement
- Act as the first point of contact for customers, providing professional and helpful assistance.
- Handle product enquiries, resolve customer issues efficiently, and maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and members of the public.
Sales & Commercial Growth
- Support daily sales activities and contribute to team targets.
- Learn to identify customer needs and explain product benefits clearly.
- Stay up-to-date with current promotions, services, and brand campaigns.
Operations & Team Leadership Development
- Participate actively in our structured training and mentorship programmes.
- Gain exposure to daily business operations, stock/service management, and team coordination.
- Assist supervisors with operational tasks to understand how a business runs smoothly.
- Ensure compliance with workplace policies, including health and safety standards.
Candidate Profile
Skills & Experience Required:
- Previous experience in a customer-facing environment (e.g., retail, sales, hospitality, call centres) is advantageous, but full training is provided.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and a confident manner when speaking with the public.
- Strong team-working abilities with a proactive approach to learning new skills.
- Basic IT literacy and comfortable working with numbers.
