Are you a people person with a passion for property? Property Sense is a growing Build-to-Rent company looking for a motivated and organised Enquiries & Listing Agent to join our busy lettings team.
About the Role
As our Enquiries & Listing Agent, you will be the first point of contact for prospective tenants, providing an outstanding experience from the very first interaction. You will manage a high volume of inbound enquiries, qualify applicants, and coordinate viewings with our Lettings Associates — playing a vital role in keeping our lettings pipeline running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling inbound enquiries from prospective tenants via phone, email, and portal platforms
- Booking and coordinating property viewings with our Lettings Associates
- Managing and updating our CRM system accurately and efficiently
- Maintaining organised spreadsheets to track enquiry volumes and viewing schedules
- Providing a warm, professional, and knowledgeable experience to all prospective tenants
- Working efficiently across multiple tools and platforms to meet daily targets
What We're Looking For
- Excellent telephone manner and strong written communication skills
- Experience handling high volumes of enquiries in a fast-paced environment
- Confident using CRM systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Highly organised with great attention to detail
- A personable, proactive approach and a genuine enjoyment of speaking with people
- Previous experience in lettings, property, or a customer-facing role is desirable but not essential
