Our client is a well-established outsourced sales organisation based in London. They work with nationally recognised brands, delivering face-to-face customer acquisition and brand representation.
They specialise in face-to-face sales and customer engagement, with a focus on direct human interaction over digital marketing. They operate in residential settings and provide full training and ongoing development once you start.
Candidate Requirements
- People People: We welcome backgrounds in Retail, Hospitality (Waiting Staff/Front of House/Baristas), or Customer Service.
- Full-Time Commitment: You must be available Monday through Friday.
- Professionalism: Excellent communication skills and a "student mentality" toward learning new skills.
- London-Based: Ability to commute to our clients Central London hub daily.

The Daily Routine

- Customer Acquisition: Act as the face of the client, guiding new customers through the sign-up process with a focus on quality and brand loyalty.

The Selection Process

Note: Successful candidates operate as sub-contractors and are responsible for their own Tax and National Insurance. This is a 100% performance-based (Commission Only) role, designed for ambitious individuals who prefer an uncapped earning potential over a fixed salary ceiling. All equipment is provided with zero start-up costs.
Pay: £490.00-£650.00 per week
